Full House Resorts has appointed Brandon Lenssen to serve as its Vice President and General Manager of Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado.
However, the appointment is subject to customary gaming approvals, the company said.
Lenssen has close to 30 years of experience in the gaming industry. Prior to joining Chamonix, he served as the Vice President and General Manager for Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI).
During his time with QCI, Lenssen aided the company in leveraging its data-driven strategies to optimize game performance in its casinos. He also helped with improving player engagement and marketing while with QCI.
Lenssen has held other leadership positions throughout his career. He worked for five years as the Vice President and General Manager of Bally’s Black Hawk. While in that role, he was responsible for overseeing three casino properties.
Lenssen said he is eager to take on this new position with Chamonix.
He commented, “I’m excited to join the Chamonix team and contribute to its vision of delivering a seamless, world-class gaming experience. Chamonix Casino Hotel is setting a new standard in Colorado, and I look forward to implementing creative solutions that enhance efficiency, improve the guest experience, and maximize the casino’s potential.
“By leveraging data-driven strategies and operational expertise, we will drive meaningful improvements that position Chamonix as the premier destination in Colorado.”
In other company news, Indiana legislators recently rejected a bill that would allow Full House Resorts to relocate its Rising Star riverboat casino in Rising Sun to another part of the state.
The operator was in previous discussions with the City of New Haven in Allen County to possibly move the casino there.
