Expanse Studios debuts in US sweepstakes market via Moozi partnership

Expanse Studios, the game development division for Golden Matrix Group (GMGI) has partnered with Moozi to enter the US sweepstakes market.
The company described this move as a “milestone in its North American growth strategy.”
Moozi offers players access to 50 Expanse Studio games that include table games, crash games and slots.
Expanse Studios CEO Damjan Stamenkovic commented, “This partnership signifies our formal entry into the US market, showcasing the innovation and player-first experiences that define Expanse Studios.
“Collaborating with Moozi enables us to deliver advanced gaming content to a growing audience in North America, a key region for our global growth.”
Expanse Studios recently released Beach Penalties, which features a soccer penalty shootout on a beach landscape is designed to allow players to score penalties and win prizes while engaging the goalkeeper.
Moozi COO James Anderson said, “Expanse Studios has set a high bar for engaging and innovative gaming experiences.
“Their addition to our platform elevates Moozi’s offerings and strengthens our mission to lead the US sweepstakes social casino space.”
Golden Matrix serves as a licensor, developer and global operator in both the eCommerce and online gaming platforms.
Its Meridianbet subsidiary recently made the shortlist in Brazil for an exclusive iGaming and sports betting license.
The company said in a statement, “Based on current timelines, the licensing process in Brazil is expected to be completed by the end of December 2024, positioning Meridianbet as one of the companies likely to operate in this rapidly expanding market going forward.”
More than 100 applications for licensing came in during the country’s limited window, which ended August 20. Brazil will open its commercial market January 1.
