The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has approved consent agreements on November 20 presented by the Office of Enforcement Counsel (OEC), resulting in fines totaling $70k for two video gaming terminal (VGT) operator licensees.
Fines approved by the PGCB included TA Operating LLC which was fined $37,500 and Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores which was given a $32,500 fine.
TA Operating LLC was fined for its failure to have a Board-credentialed employee present while the VGT room at its Harrisburg store was being used by patrons. Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores was fined for the same reason at its Carlisle location.
Per Board regulation, VGT establishments are required to have at least one Board-credentialed employee on-site supervising the area when games are available for play.
The Board also approved recommendations by OEC for the placement of 17 individuals on its various Involuntary Exclusion Lists.

This includes five people who left minors unattended in order to engage in gaming activities in a casino and four others for committing fraud using iGaming sites.
The eight additional names placed on the Casino Involuntary Exclusion List were for various offenses according to the PGCB.
Pennsylvania also reported the state’s financial gaming results for the month of October on November 20, seeing nearly $496.6m in revenue during the period.
