RLX Gaming teams up with PlayStar to extend its reach in New Jersey

The partnership is the latest move in the supplier’s North American expansion plan.
Relax Gaming’s North American-facing brand, RLX Gaming, has signed a deal with online casino operator PlayStar to expand its presence in New Jersey.
RLX Gaming first entered the Garden State last December. The supplier said its collaboration with PlayStar “is the latest step in RLX’s vision to become a standout provider across North America.”
PlayStar entered the New Jersey market in 2022. The brand’s platform offers more than 600 games and has, generally, drawn praise from neutral observers for its ability to compete in the US, unlike many similar operators with European heritage.
Company CEO Martin Stålros said, “We have enjoyed wonderful growth in New Jersey since launching last December, with our content resonating well with the ever-growing online demographic.
“This partnership with PlayStar ensures we are well-positioned to gain even more momentum in the region.”
PlayStar COO Dan Alexander said, “RLX Gaming’s entry into New Jersey has been impressive to see and it has established an outstanding reputation.
“We are thrilled to integrate an outstanding content portfolio into our offering and bring unmatched experiences to our player base.”
Earlier this year, PlayStar unleashed a new scratch card game in the Garden State called Star Picks. Players have a chance to win up to $500 cash in a weekly prize drawing every Monday.
