Lotto.com launches new Digital Scratch ticket campaign

Online lottery platform Lotto.com has kicked off its new Digital Scratch ticket campaign. The creative, “Welcome to Winever,” was developed in collaboration with Havas New York.
Welcome of Winever’s theme centers around the “unlucky practicalities of life” while avoiding the obvious cliches. The campaign uses “unlucky” moments like getting splashed by a taxi driving through a puddle and having a car towed that are “transformed into a lucky one with the ease of a Digital Scratch win.”
Company CEO Thomas Metzger commented, “In an often unlucky world, Lotto.com’s Digital Scratch tickets are a reminder that a win could be just a scratch away.
“Scratch tickets currently make up two-thirds of the $100+bn US lottery market and our pioneering Digital Scratch innovation marks a significant milestone for the industry and solidifies our position as a pioneer in the digital lottery space.”
Havas New York led the fully integrated campaign with additional earned media and paid support from Republica Havas, Havas Formula and Havas CX.
Throughout the month, the creative will run on various media outlets, including radio, TV and streaming. Additional coverage will soon be available through social media, out-of-home and digital platforms.
Havas New York Chief Creative Officer & Co-CEO Dan Lucey shared the company’s enthusiasm to be part of this project.
