Hard Rock International launches new loyalty program, Unity by Hard Rock

Hard Rock International has announced the launch of its new loyalty program, Unity by Hard Rock. Unity by Hard Rock offers benefits and services at participating Hard Rock locations where members can earn and redeem Unity Points to put towards free nights, dining experiences, merchandise and more.
Noah Kahan, John Legend, Shakira and Lionel Messi will all star in Hard Rock’s new omnichannel marketing campaign which features The Beatles’ classic song, “Come Together,” recorded exclusively by Kahan.
An international sweepstakes series will also be held by Hard Rock throughout the year, beginning with a trip to New York City to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel New York and attend Kahan’s first headlining concert in July at Madison Square Garden. Members can also win an all-inclusive vacation to the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives.
Members earn Unity Points by gaming, shopping, dining or staying at any of the 150 participating locations offering the new program. Unity Points can be used like regular dollars, 100 Unity Points converts to $1 on qualifying purchases at participating restaurants, bars, hotels, lounges and retail stores.
Hard Rock also introduced tiers to the Unity by Hard Rock program, including levels Star (0-3,999 credits), Legend (4,000-14,999 credits), Icon (15,000+ or more credits) and the invite-only X tier.
Benefit packages offered to members become more inclusive the more credits one racks up over the course of a calendar year before the credits reset.
