The game was launched in partnership with IGT.

BetMGM has launched a Wheel of Fortune-themed slot game, titled BetMGM Wheel of Fortune Triple Extreme Spin, to its online platforms via a partnership with IGT. The game is currently available in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ontario via three platforms, which are BetMGM Casino, Borgata Online and Wheel of Fortune Casino.

The game features a range of ways for players to engage and win, using bonuses including a Mini Wheel Bonus and Triple Extreme Spin Bonus to diversify gameplay and encourage retention. The game utilises both BetMGM and Wheel of Fortune theming, though is not BetMGM’s first Wheel of Fortune product.

In March 2023, BetMGM launched an online casino called Wheel of Fortune Online Casino in partnership with IGT. Later that year, the long-running game show premiered its 41st season.

On the launch, VP of Gaming Product & Content Oliver Bartlett said, “BetMGM Wheel of Fortune Triple Extreme Spin is packed with bright visuals and thrilling gameplay. An exclusive version of Wheel of Fortune slots further solidifies our continued great relationship with Wheel of Fortune and IGT."

IGT PlayDigital President Gil Rotem added, “Creating a custom, online version of Wheel of Fortune Triple Extreme Spin for BetMGM’s players is an exciting evolution of IGT PlayDigital’s partnership with BetMGM and another meaningful differentiator for their brand-led Wheel of Fortune Casino.”

BetMGM has been known to collaborate with a range of existing IPs in the creation of its online slot games, including Star Trek and The Godfather, as well as recognizable companies within the gaming industry as seen with Vegas-themed slot Excalibur.
