Loto-Quebec abrirá un hotel en los terrenos del Casino de Montreal

Loto-Québec ha anunciado que comenzará la construcción de un hotel de 200 habitaciones en los terrenos del Casino de Montreal en un esfuerzo por mejorar la oferta de entretenimiento del casino.

La empresa ha dicho que el proyecto respetará el parque Jean-Drapeau, que celebra su 150 aniversario, mediante la adopción de una serie de medidas en el proceso de construcción.

El diseño del edificio será de baja altura y se integrará en su entorno para preservar la belleza natural del paisaje, garantizando que se cumplan los más altos estándares de sostenibilidad. Los ingresos generados por el proyecto se destinarán a beneficiar a la comunidad de Québec.

Loto-Québec será el único propietario del hotel, que abrirá sus puertas en dos o tres años, y el proyecto está valorado en casi 150 millones de dólares canadienses (112 millones de dólares estadounidenses).

Hilton Lac-Leamy y Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu ya formaban parte de la cartera inmobiliaria de Loto-Québec antes de este proyecto.
