Mohegan recognized for diversity and inclusion in the workplace
The Tribal operator was named one of Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024.
Mohegan has been named on Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity list for 2024.
The list is compiled by Newsweek and market data research firm Plant-A Insights Group, which features the top large and mid-size companies that are recognized by their employees for “genuinely respecting and valuing individuals from different walks of life.”
The selection process for the list combines employee feedback with an in-depth analysis of the company’s diversity and inclusion practices. The Methodology from Newsweek looks at how effectively companies create and maintain an environment that supports and celebrates diversity.
From that, the highest-scoring companies are then categorized into 78 industries.
