Konami Gaming teams up with Xailient to release SYNK Vision
The new system offers AI facial recognition along with other CMS features.
Konami Gaming has partnered with Xailient to launch SYNK Vision to the casino industry. The duo will combine Konami’s SYNKROS casino management system with Xailient’s advanced AI facial recognition technology.
Casinos will be able to anonymously track and bonus players through the SYNK Vision system. The technology also offers harm minimization and secure identity management.
Players will be able to sit down at a slot machine or table game and log in without needing a card. SYNK’s advanced harm minimization measures can aid in reducing risk on the gaming floor by identifying potential harm that could come from both known and from anonymous players.
Konami Gaming SVP and Chief Systems Product Officer Tom Soukup further explained the company’s desire to offer its clients high-quality products that provide a safe space for players.
