William Hill launches mobile sports betting app, website in Indiana
William Hill US has launched its mobile sports betting app and website in Indiana.
Indiana becomes the seventh state to host the William Hill app.
William Hill is offering a free bet of up to $500 for new customers who make a deposit on the app or website.
Indiana sportsbooks earned a record handle of $207m in September. DrafKings held 43% of the sports betting market share last month.
The Hoosier State is home to the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts and the NBA’s Indiana Pacers as well as several college programs including Notre Dame, Purdue University and the University of Indiana.
With the NFL and college football in full swing, the fall months should to bring big numbers to Indiana sportsbooks.
