Bally’s welcomes Don Westcott and Tammi M. Barlow to Compliance and Responsible Gaming roles
Westcott will serve as SVP, Global Chief Compliance Officer and Barlow is now Bally’s Inaugural VP of Global Responsibility and Social Impact.
Bally’s Corporation has appointed Don Westcott as its new SVP, Global Chief Compliance Officer and Tammi Barlow as Inaugural VP of Global Responsibility and Social Impact. The company also released its Q2 report last month, recently held a ribbon cutting for Bally’s Kansas City’s expansion in Missouri and opened a temporary casino at Medinah Temple in Chicago.
Westcott has over 25 years of experience as a compliance leader in both the finance and gaming industries, coming to Bally’s from a role at Nuvei. Before his position as Global Head of Compliance at Nuvei, he also held VP and Director roles within Fortune 500 companies Fiserv and First Data.
His gaming industry experience also extends to previously serving as Regional Compliance Operations Leader with Caesars, Director of Regulatory Compliance with Osage Casino, Executive Director of the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission and Regulatory Compliance & Casino Operations Management with Isle of Capri Casinos. He even has early career experience as a casino dealer and has an MBA from Georgia State University.
Barlow has worked in the management of responsible gaming and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs for over a decade, as well as developed community engagement programs around the world. Before joining Bally’s, she was most recently the Director of CSR with Rush Street Interactive (RSI), and also held Directorial roles in Responsible Gaming and CSR with both Caesars and William Hill US.
Barlow worked with RSI to expand its diversity, equity and inclusion programs as well as its CSR programs and volunteering programs. She is also currently the Chairwoman of the Responsible Gaming Committee for the National Council on Problem Gambling, a Board member of the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health and a committee member of African Americans in Gaming. She has an MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
