Jamie Foxx back to work with BetMGM, following serious mystery illness
‘I love all of the love that I got,’ were the words of an emotional Jamie Foxx as he returned to work in new BetMGM commercial; after three months of intense rumours following his hospitalization.
BetMGM Ambassador and Academy Award-winning actor Jamie Foxx has posted a video of himself thanking his sister and daughter for guiding him through his mystery illness.
The Ray star finally gave fans the update many had been waiting for over the weekend, following months of speculation after being taken seriously ill on the set of one of his new movies.
In an Instagram post on his official page, Foxx held back tears as he made his first public appearance since his hospitalization – where he emotionally thanked all of his fans for the ‘love and prayers’ he received during his time there.
Looking pale, Foxx revealed he’d “been to hell and back” during the last few months and said he didn’t want fans to see him “with tubes running out of me – and trying to figure out if I was going to make this through.”
Rumors ran riot over Foxx’s health, with many claiming he had gone blind and was now paralyzed – rumors that Foxx dispelled in his video, playfully crossing his eyes at the notion.
Over the weekend, Foxx was seen in Las Vegas filming a new commercial for BetMGM and looking dapper in a black suit.
In the commercial, he posed in an F1 car, no doubt as part of a promotion for the up-and-coming F1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas.
In a post on his social media pages, Foxx wrote, ‘Thankful for my @Betmgm family and a great few nights in Vegas. We got BIG things coming soon.’ He signed off with a fox emoji.
