MGM Resorts recognized for its diversity, equity and inclusion

Operator MGM Resorts has recently been announced as one of the ‘Best Companies for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ by Black Enterprise.

MGM is one of 60 companies on the list; however, it is the only gaming company featured. 

Jyoti Chopra, Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer at MGM Resorts commented, “MGM Resorts is honoured to receive this recognition by Black Enterprise, which serves as a testament to our ongoing efforts in fostering an inclusive environment that encourages innovation, embraces diverse perspectives and champions equality for all.

MGM Resorts International locations include: hotels and casinos, a large variety of restaurants, nightlife, retail offerings and more. 

MGM Resorts has expressed commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce, reflected in initiatives and programs. MGM has actively invested in making sure it has a robust supplier diversity program and employees a diverse variety of people. 

As well as this achievement, MGM Resorts workers have recently decided to join Teamsters union.
