Anaxi CXS offers operators Oasis Loyalty integration access
The suppliers says this latest move addresses the needs of both players and operators.
Aristocrat’s online Anaxi Customer Experience Solutions (CXS) business has made it possible for third-party casino management systems to integrate its Oasis Loyalty program. Operators will be able to offer their players quality entertainment options by way of the newly available integration.
Oasis Loyalty says it allows users to engage in ‘high-performance systems that can benefit both operators and consumers.’
The company said in a statement: “Anaxi’s CXS business prides itself on delivering content, transformational platforms and services to partners.
“By integrating everything from loyalty and rewards to online entertainment and content, Anaxi CXS puts the gaming floor on the player’s hands.”
Group Global SVP of Product and Development Charles Hiten says allowing access to Oasis Loyalty falls in line with the company’s values.
He explained: “Making our Oasis Loyalty platform available for integration with all CMS platforms speaks directly to our vision of One player, One experience.
“We appreciate that operators have unique needs and existing solutions that they rely on, and this integration option will allow them to deploy and fully leverage Oasis Loyalty’s powerful features and capabilities across their entire enterprise.”
Anaxi was formed in October 2022, after Aristocrat aimed its focus toward creating a solutions business that combined both customer experience solutions and real money gaming.
The company debuted its brand during 2022’s G2E Las Vegas. Players can access the platform for real-money gaming options. The brand offers digital and mobile iGaming products.
During the last few months, the group has partnered with notable gaming industry brands, including FanDuel, BetMGM and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino.
