OPTX to provide Viejas Casino & Resort with smart technology solutions
The Californian casino will receive solutions focused on slots and player development.
OPTX, the casino platform, has announced that it will be partnering with Southern California’s Viejas Casino & Resort. The casino will be acquiring a range of OPTX products including slots, slots AI, slots dispatch, player development, player development AI and connect solutions.
Viejas General Manager Jim Wild expressed his admiration for OPTX’s range of products and solutions, saying the two companies made an ideal match for each other. He commented: “OPTX and Viejas are the perfect partners. Our dedicated team is constantly seeking forward-thinking products to increase our profitability, performance and relationships with our guests.
“This partnership with OPTX will allow us to optimize our casino floor with continuous slot change recommendations, player insights, and visualizations culminating with increased revenue opportunities.”
OPTX CFO Erich Hans outlined exactly how the OPTX suite of products would enrich Viejas operations. He commented: “PTX will bring operational efficiency and additional business agility via an intuitive, streamlined, single system for multiple departments.
“Being able to replace multiple operational systems with one integrated platform is exactly what we needed to make the intelligent and rapid decisions the fast-paced gaming industry requires.”
The company’s VP of Slot Operation Dennis Woods singled out OPTX Dispatch as one product in particular that would increase the efficiency of operations at Viejas. He said that Dispatch, an integrated solution for the dispatch of events via mobile and web, would “transform the day-to-day operations of the entire slot team.”
