Forbes recognizes Hard Rock International as one of “America’s Best Employers for Women”

Hard Rock has made the Forbes annual list for five consecutive years.

Hard Rock International (HRI) has once again made the Forbes annual list of “America’s Best Employers for Women.” The list appeared in its travel and leisure category and was compiled through survey data submitted by 60,000 Americans who work for companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees.

Forbes partnered with research company Statista to conduct the survey.

This is the fifth consecutive year that Hard Rock has been recognized in Forbes for its efforts to foster an environment of diversity and inclusion.

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services President and Co-founder of Seminole & Hard Rock Women in Leadership Tracy Bradford said: “It is with great pride that Hard Rock continues to be recognized among the top companies actively making strides in diversity, equity and inclusion and be featured as a best employer for women.”

The first Hard Rock Café opened its doors in London in 1971. Its brand was founded on several mottos that continue to be valuable to the company today, including Love All-Serve All, Take Time To Be Kind, Save The Planet and All Is One.

The Seminole Tribe of Florida acquired the Hard Rock brand in 2007. Since Hard Rock’s founding, the brand has globally expanded to include more than 250 locations.

Bradford said the company’s foundational values have played a significant role in how it relates to its employees.

“At Hard Rock, our mottos: All Is One and Love All, Serve All inspire us to champion our unique differences and celebrate our employees at all levels of the business with effective policies, programs and practices,” Bradford said.

Hard Rock launched its Women in Leadership program in 2016. Through the program, more than 1,000 female team members have been mentored by female executives and have been given tools and knowledge to aid them in career advancement.

Since its inception and implementation, female representation in leadership roles companywide has grown substantially. The company has shown a 26% rise in women filling vice president position and a 31% boost in women serving as managers and directors.
