IGT extends partnerships with SuperBook Sports to launch betting app in Tennessee
State becomes the third featured on the mobile app.
International Game Technology PLC (IGT) and SuperBook Sports have extended their partnership to include a Tennessee launch of the SuperBook Sports mobile betting app. Tennessee is the fourth US state to feature technology from this ongoing collaboration.
The SuperBook Sports mobile betting app is powered by IGT’s PlaySports platform and currently live in Colorado, Arizona and New Jersey.
SuperBook Executive Vice President Jay Kornegay said: “Over the last two years, IGT PlaySports has played a strategic role in helping SuperBook Sports engage sports fans across the US and achieve our growth goals.
“We’re excited to bring the SuperBook Sports mobile betting app to Tennessee and to introduce players throughout the state to our signature promotions and highly competitive, localized sports betting offering.”
IGT is a global software and gaming specialist. The company reported the highest full-year operating income in its history during 2021, topping out at $902m. It also generated $770m in free cash flow and more than $1bn in cash from its operations during the year.
IGT achieved another company first a year ahead of schedule by lowering its net debt by $1.4bn, bringing it to the lowest level it has ever had.
