Sky River Casino hosts Las Vegas-style New Year’s Eve celebration
The event is free and open to the public, with headline entertainment beginning at 9pm.
Sky River Casino in Elk Grove, California, will present a complimentary New Year’s Eve celebration on 31 December featuring Las Vegas-style Cirque performances from DreamCast Entertainment.
The festivities, free and open to guests aged 21 and over, will kick off at 9pm with light-up contortion acts and hand-balancing performances rotating throughout the casino floor. Performers will also interact with guests and pose for photographs during the evening.
Additional entertainment includes DJs at 32 Brews Street and Rock Bar, a photo booth and selfie station and a balloon drop at midnight.
The celebration requires no advance reservations for general admission, though restaurant bookings are recommended.
Special New Year’s Eve menus will be available across multiple venues. SR Prime will offer dishes including Crab Tortellini, Surf & Turf and Pavlova, while Dragon Beaux will feature Braised Pork Belly, Sautéed Tiger Prawns and Dungeness Crab Singapore Style. The 32 Brews Street menu includes Mixed Green Salad, Surf & Turf and Bourbon Gingerbread Cake.
Themed cocktails will also be served at various bars and lounges throughout the property, including the Incindaberry (Vida Mezcal, hot sauce, strawberry), The Countdown (gin, St. Germain, sparkling wine) and Arctic Blast (tequila, coconut, blue curaçao).
In related news from earlier this year, the venue recently launched its ‘Fork on the Road‘ food truck-inspired dining concept featuring rotating international cuisine that changes every 60 days.
The property also became the first Northern California casino to debut Ainsworth Game Technology’s Neon’s Bonus Blast slot game in September.
