Sky River Casino in Elk Grove, California, has introduced ‘Fork on the Road,’ a food truck-inspired dining concept featuring rotating international cuisine that changes every 60 days.
The concept debuted on 7 October with Greek cuisine as its inaugural offering, including menu items such as lamb gyro, chicken souvlaki and spanakopita.
The restaurant also incorporates themed elements designed to enhance the dining experience beyond the food itself.
Located within The Market at Sky River, ‘Fork on the Road’ joins a portfolio of 18 restaurants, bars and lounge venues at the property.
Good to know: The initiative is overseen by Executive Chef Peter DiCorti and his culinary team, who manage all of the casino’s food and beverage offerings

Earlier in 2025, Sky River Casino also introduced new gaming content to its floor, becoming the first Northern California property to debut Ainsworth Game Technology’s Neon’s Bonus Blast slot game in September. Shortly prior to this, the property unveiled Aristocrat Gaming’s Chief Inferno slot game. Both launches were accompanied by free pull and drawing events for Sky River Rewards members.
