Boyd Gaming declares quarterly dividend as recent financial activity continues

Boyd Gaming Corporation has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share, payable on January 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2025. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on Thursday.
The operator, headquartered in Las Vegas and listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BYD, provided no further commentary or forward-looking statements relating to the dividend announcement.
The update arrives shortly after Boyd Gaming reported its third-quarter 2025 financial results. The company announced earnings per share (EPS) of $1.72, surpassing analyst expectations of $1.60, and revenue of $1bn, above the projected $872.1m.
The results prompted positive reactions from several financial analysts, with Mizuho raising its price target to $99 and reaffirming an Outperform rating, while Jefferies maintained a Buy rating with a target of $107. Wells Fargo initiated coverage at Equal Weight with a $85 target.
Boyd Gaming’s financial disclosures have continued against the backdrop of a cybersecurity incident reported to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on September 24, 2025.
The company said the September 23 attack “has had no impact” on business operations, stating that an unauthorised third party gained access to internal information relating to “a limited number of individuals.”
According to the filing, federal law enforcement and external cybersecurity specialists are supporting the investigation, and those affected have been notified.
Boyd Gaming also confirmed that its cybersecurity insurance policy is expected to cover costs linked to forensic analysis, legal matters and any regulatory penalties. The company said it does not anticipate an impact on its financial condition.
In August 2025, Fanatics Betting and Gaming formed a multi-year agreement with Boyd Gaming to expand sportsbook operations into Missouri. In July, Boyd finalised the sale of its remaining 5% stake in FanDuel to Flutter Entertainment for approximately $1.755bn, granting Flutter full ownership at an implied valuation of $31bn.
