Celebration for new Lionsgate film at FanDuel’s Fanfest comes to Scottsdale
With games, events and live performances from Nelly and Gryffin.
FanDuel Group has announced the latest instalment of its FanFest celebration, presented by Lionsgate’s American Underdog at WestWorld in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Saturday 11 December, from 1pm to 8pm.
The celebration will honor Lionsgate’s lastest movie release, American Underdog, scheduled to hit theaters Christmas Day.
The new film stars Zachary Levi as Kurt Warnerfrom and chronicles his journey from supermarket stockboy to two-time NFL MVP, Super Bowl Champion, and Hall of Fame quarterback.
Warner will also attend FanFest as he and Zachary Levi will participate in an interactive Q&A session with FanDuel on-air talent, Lisa Kerney, and go head-to-head in a quarterback challenge for charity.
Other headliners include Grammy Award-winning hip-hop performer Nelly, along with DJ Gryffin, both performing live at 6:30pm.
There will be a variety of other activities available for fans to enjoy throughout the day. These include: sports-themed carnival games, interactive sessions with players from the Phoenix Suns, free-to-play pick ‘em games, and local food trucks with drinks at FanDuel’s beer garden.
There will also be a meet-and-greet, along with a Q&A session with former Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin and Hall of Fame runningback Edgerrin James.
Customers who are new to FanDuel’s website can have access to two free tickets to bring additional guests.
Those attending must be 21-years-old or older to get in and will also need to provide proof of vaccination, or a negative Covid-19 test result within 48 hours of attending.
