Everi has announced a seven-year partnership with Churchill Downs.
The IGT-owned brand will provide Churchill Downs (CDI) with its CashClub services and other fintech solutions, and in turn, Churchill Downs will rollout a range of Everi products across its racing and gaming properties. This will include ATM, debit, credit and check services, among other things.
The partnership builds upon the already established partnership between the three, with Everi’s BeOn Venue Platform currently powering CDI’s racetrack mobile app, while IGT provides historical horseracing games and hardware.
On the partnership, CDI President & COO Bill Mudd said, “The fintech agreement with Everi represents a tremendous opportunity for our customers. In addition to advancing our financial technology capabilities, the partnership enhances Title 31 compliance and strengthens our operational excellence. Everi’s technology, scale and expertise align seamlessly with our growth strategy and will help us deliver the innovative, secure and seamless experiences our customers expect and deserve.”

Darren Simmons, IGT CEO Fintech, added, “As an iconic brand across gaming and sports and entertainment, Churchill Downs aligns with our philosophy of providing unique patron experiences. We are pleased to enhance their customer journeys and gaming operations with our robust fintech solutions that offer more diversity in transaction types, process more transactions and drive more value to the floor than any other supplier in the industry.”
The partnership follows the merger of IGT and Everi earlier this year, after both were acquired by Apollo earlier this year for $6.3bn. It also follows IGT’s win at the Global Gaming Awards Americas 2025 this week, where it took home the Digital Product of the Year and Casino Services Supplier of the Year awards.
