BetRivers latest sportsbook to go live in Arizona
BetRivers is the ninth sportsbook to launch in the Grand Canyon State.
Rush Street Interactive’s BetRivers Sportsbook has launched in Arizona after receiving regulatory approval on Oct. 22.
The Arizona Department of Gaming approved RSI’s application license ahead of last weekend, in time for BetRivers to open wagers ahead of the undefeated Arizona Cardinals’ latest game, a home win over the Houston Texans.
RSI gained market access in Arizona by partnering with Phoenix’s less talked about pro football team, the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League.
RSI and the Rattlers announced their deal back in August. The Rattlers are the third longest tenured professional sports franchise in Arizona and play in Footprint Center in downtown Phoenix.

Arizona’s sports betting legislation allows for 20 online sports licenses. Among sportsbooks approved for market access who have not yet launched are Bally Bet, BetFred, Betway, Fubo Gaming, Golden Nugget and SuperBook.
