Deal struck between GPN, AGS

The game developer stands to benefit from GPN’s unique market access.
An agreement has been struck between Game Play Network (GPN) and AGS which will see latter’s vast collection of online mobile games integrated with GPN’s B2C website—bspot.com—and mobile app. This marks the first time any major game developer has partnered with GPN.
Given GPN’s unique reach, the move will almost certainly open AGS’ offerings to a wider audience. Founded in 2012, the Los Angeles-based GPN is permitted to have third parties – such as AGS – offer real money on its platform even in states where iGaming is not yet legal.
While it currently operates in 22 states, it has the ability to launch in up to 40. Thanks to this unique status, GNP makes the world of online gaming for real money accessible to 40% more of the US population than other iGaming companies in the market.
It is an arrangement that will be beneficial to both sides. While GPN has the reach, AGS has the games. It brings to the table a diverse offering of games targeted to a wide cross-section of the market, and included in the deal will be a host of casino style games.
AGS’ potential was not lost on GPN’s CCO, Sam Kiki, who went on to say, “We are excited to be partnering with one of the leading game developers in the industry, with a game portfolio that includes class-leading titles such as Fu Nan Fu Nu, Rakin’ Bacon! and Golden Wins. More importantly, we are assisting AGS with its targeted 2022 launch of the new class of games to our B2B customers, including SuperDraft, the daily fantasy platform partnered with Caesars Entertainment.”
