Aspire Global is a provider of complete iGaming solutions for operators and white labels. It was founded in 2005, with the vision to create a comprehensive solution to allow online marketing companies to become iGaming operators.
Aspire set out to offer tailored solutions for its partners, with an iGaming platform that is both flexible and easily scalable, which suits fast-growing companies. On the other hand, they have the facilities to provide bigger companies with managed services (which they can fully opt-in to).
In 2019, Aspire purchased Pariplay, a leading game aggregator for $13.46m. This provided the company with a whole new array of game studios, producers and leading game titles. The acquisition allowed Aspire to broaden its game portfolio and provide a distribution channel for proprietary games outside its network.
Aspire Global has seen a great deal of recent success – in 2020, it increased its revenue by 23.2% to $161.9m with an EBITDA margin of 16.7%. The company also secured a number of deals with tier 1 operators and added a proprietary sportsbook to its offering with the acquisition BtoBet.
The company now maintains a strong focus on regulated markets, particularly in Northern Europe.
