FanDuel reaches new market access agreement in West Virginia with Delaware North

Currently operating the sportsbook at Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, FanDuel will offer iGaming and online sports betting through Delaware North’s Mardi Gras Casino & Resort.

FanDuel and Delaware North have agreed to a new market access agreement which will see the operator expand upon its iGaming and online sports betting offering in West Virginia through Delaware North’s Mardi Gras Casino & Resort.
The partnership will look to combine FanDuel’s sports betting technology and brand recognition with Delaware North’s “gaming and hospitality expertise,” as well as allow FanDuel to continue overseeing the sportsbook at Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs.
“Delaware North has been a respected name in gaming and hospitality for decades, and they are an ideal partner as we continue to operate in West Virginia,” FanDuel SVP of Business Development Jonathan Edson said.
The operator originally launched in West Virginia in August 2019, and will soon enter Missouri following a market access agreement with the St. Louis City SC professional soccer team, formed on August 15, 2025.

FanDuel also introduced its new peer-to-peer fantasy sports product, FanDuel Picks, to 17 states throughout the US on August 28. FanDuel Picks allows customers to select between three-to-six players, choose “more” or “less” on projected stat lines and set their wager amount.
