Bragg Gaming Group has released the first details of an internal cybersecurity incident that happened over the weekend.
On early Saturday morning, the company was notified of the infraction and took immediate steps to mitigate any potential impact.
It is believed the breach was limited to the internal computer environment and Bragg is confident that no personal information was affected.
Bragg has brought on a team of independent cybersecurity experts to assist the company during this period and has said that operations will not be affected.
A spokesperson for Bragg said: “Bragg is committed to data safety, is taking the matter very seriously and asks its customers and partners for their patience as it seeks to remediate the situation.”
Any additional updates will be made available on the Bragg website as the investigation continues.

Although the nature of the breach has not been revealed, Bragg did release its Q2 report hours before the incident.
In the report, revenue increased 4.9% year-on-year to €26.1m ($30.5m), while proprietary content revenue grew 44%.
The company’s gross profit also increased 10.8% to €13.7m.
Matevž Mazij, Bragg CEO, emphasised that Bragg’s current strategy would continue to be “improved margin and cash flow performance over aggressive revenue expansion”, while pursuing its opportunities “methodically.”
