Buffalo Chip casino-hotel to be developed in southern Nevada
The property’s development will be overseen by Buffalo Chip Global Founder Mark Advent, who also served an integral part of the development for the New York New York hotel in Las Vegas.

The Sturgis Buffalo Chip and Buffalo Chip Global have formed a new partnership that will result in the development of a Buffalo Chip casino-hotel located in southern Nevada, including a barn-themed casino, 200-room hotel and guest entertainment spaces.
“It’s a dream to join forces with Woody and his family. The Chip isn’t just a place – it’s an unparalleled feeling. It embodies music, motorcycles, freedom and friends, each representing one of the four pillars on which the Chip is deeply rooted,” Buffalo Chip Global Founder Mark Advent said.
“Our plan is to develop Buffalo Chip branded destinations that will capture the same feeling of freedom and camaraderie that has been enjoyed by millions of people over the years.”
Advent will reportedly oversee the development, having also been an integral part of the construction for the New York New York hotel-casino currently residing on the Las Vegas strip.
In addition to the casino-hotel property, the agreement also includes the launch of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip Roadhouse, which will serve as a restaurant and bar option for guests.

“Starting the Chip was about creating a home for people who live for the ride,” Sturgis Buffalo Chip Founder Rod Woodruff said.
“Now, with Mark and his team, we’re turning that spirit into a year-round experience that resonates in even more places.”
Advent went on to state the property’s site in southern Nevada is still undergoing due diligence and planning, as deal discussions are “progressing positively” according to the Buffalo Chip Global Founder.
