Codere Online confirms Board Members and appoints A.G. Burnett as compliance committee chair

At the Annual General Meeting, all current board members were renewed, and A.G. Burnett was named Chairman of the Compliance Committee, effective July 1, 2025.

Codere Online has announced the confirmation and renewal of all currently serving Board Members, thereby maintaining the existing composition of the Board, at the Annual General Meeting held today. 

The session, held at the registered office of the Company, also resolved all 24 agenda items favorably. 

Earlier this month, the Board of Directors appointed A.G. Burnett as Chairman of the Compliance Committee, effective July 1, 2025. Rafael Catalá and Yaiza Rodríguez will remain members of the committee.

Burnett has over 20 years of experience in gaming regulation and law. He previously served as Chairman and executive director of the Nevada Gaming Control Board (GCB) from 2012 to 2017.

His previous roles include Deputy Chief of the GCB’s Corporate Securities Division and Senior Deputy Attorney General, representing both the GCB and the Nevada Gaming Commission.

He is currently a partner at McDonald Carano, where he advises clients in the gaming industry on regulatory and compliance matters. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law and holds positions in several industry organizations, including the International Association of Gaming Advisors, the International Masters of Gaming Law, and the Gaming Law Advisory Board at UNLV’s Boyd School of Law.

Burnett succeeds Mark Dunn, who has served on the Compliance Committee since 2022 and as Chair during that period. The company acknowledged his service and contribution during his tenure.
