Codere Online announces Board of Directors changes amidst AGM results
The AGM was held on June 24 and went over resolutions for 21 different agenda items.
Latin American gaming operator Codere Online has announced favorable resolutions and changes to its Board of Directors after the Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on June 24. Over 21 different agendas were overlooked by the company, with three new members appointed to the Board on initial terms of one year.
Gabriel Saenz de Buruaga, Taavi Davies and Claude Noesen have been appointed as Directors, replacing Patrick Ramsey, Michal Elimelech and Laurent Teitgen.
Noesen will join the Audit Committee where Borja Fernández and Daniel Valdez serve as Chairman and member, respectively. Davies will join the Compliance Committee with Mark Dunn appointed as Chairman.
Gonzaga Higuero, CEO of Codere Group, was re-appointed as Director and will also serve as Chairman of the Board going forward.

The company originally created the Board of Directors by announcing the eight members in February of 2022.
Codere Online launched in 2014 as part of casino operator Codere Group. It currently operates in Spain and Latin American markets.
