Aristocrat and Inspired launch virtual sports games with the Virginia Lottery

Aristocrat Interactive and Inspired Entertainment have partnered with NeoPollard Interactive to launch its virtual sports iLottery games with the Virginia Lottery.
The draw-based games, otherwise known as ‘Vsports,’ will be exclusive to Virginia Lottery players. The games were developed by Inspired Entertainment, while Aristocrat created a customer integration product through its aggregation system. This will allow Virginia Lottery players to access football, basketball and horseracing Vsports.
Vsports games run on a schedule to allow players to make their bets, with systems including random number generators creating the results. Using a lottery draw game format, these bets can be offered by the Virginia Lottery.
On the partnership, Aristocrat Interactive iLottery Managing Director Chris Shaban said, “Our commitment to providing best-in-class lottery content is strengthened by robust third-party integration capabilities with content providers like Inspired Entertainment.

The launch follows not long after Aristocrat Interactive announced its six-year iLottery contract with Michigan Lottery, with the supplier set to offer the lottery a range of eInstant and draw-based games via NeoGames Studio.
