Coljuegos announces start of payouts to FullReto bettors following contract expiration

Grupo Vinnare begins the refund process through Fiduprevisora for bettors with remaining balances, after online betting platform ceased operations in December 2024.

Coljuegos, the Colombian gambling authority, has announced that Grupo Vinnare, operator of the online betting platform FullReto, has started the process of paying bettors who had balances in their wallets as of the contract expiration date. 

The concession contract with Grupo Vinnare S.A.S. ended on December 18, 2024, the date on which the platform ceased online betting operations and had not yet made payments to bettors.

In February of this year, Coljuegos explained that delays in refunding balances were due to internal administrative issues within Grupo Vinnare S.A.S., unrelated to Coljuegos, which had slowed down the processing of player claims.

At the moment, officials from the entity led by Marco Emilio Hincapié stated: “It is reiterated that Coljuegos is not responsible for making direct payments to players, and that the funds are not held in the entity’s accounts. However, Coljuegos has committed to mediate between Grupo Vinnare S.A.S. and Fiduprevisora S.A. to expedite the payment of balances.”

This process is being carried out through Fiduprevisora, the trust managing the company’s funds. The initial payout covers 71 bettors, with a total amount of approximately 47 million Colombian pesos.

The Authority stated: “Bettors who have submitted their documents to Coljuegos should be attentive in the coming weeks to receive their pending balances.” 

It also added that those who have not yet made a claim can do so by contacting the Group by mail to initiate verification and the corresponding procedures.
