Buenos Aires Lottery launches app to modernize agent services

The Buenos Aires Lottery and Casinos Institute has launched AgenciApp, a new mobile application tool designed to streamline and improve communication between the Institute and official agents.

The app is now accessible via mobile phone or PC, and allows official agents to check the status of their current account and view detailed transactions by game and draw.

In this initial phase, users can also access the results of the Quiniela and Quiniela Plus draws by selecting the date and time, and share them with the betting public.

Gonzalo Atanasof, President of the Buenos Aires Provincial Institute of Lottery and Casinos (IPLyC), stated, “With this application, we take another step toward modernization, paperless processes and transparency in the procedures and communications that official agents receive daily.

“It is a tool with great potential, which will continue to incorporate new features and was fully developed by the Institute’s IT staff.”

The app launch event was attended by Executive Secretary Marcelo Santillán, Provincial Director of Gaming and Operations Carlos Gallo, as well as directors and department heads from the Institute.

The Institute currently holds 4,350 Official Agencies, 45 Bingo Halls, 12 Casinos and five Racecourses distributed along the Buenos Aires Province. It allocates the majority of its resources directly to public institutions, such as the Ministry of Economy, Social Development, Health, Security, Infrastructure, Housing and Public Services, etc.
