Scientific Games receives new accreditation for iLottery platform in the US

Scientific Games has received iCAP Ready accreditation from the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG), recognising its iLottery platform as compliant with the highest standards for consumer protection in the US.
The Internet Compliance Assessment Program (iCAP) is a US-based accreditation for best practices in online gambling player protection, currently held by only a few lotteries and suppliers. Scientific Games underwent an independent audit by responsible gaming experts, who assessed its policies, internal training and framework for player safety.
According to NCPG Director of Programs Jaime Costello, “Scientific Games continues to demonstrate leadership in responsible gambling by earning iCAP Ready accreditation. This accomplishment reflects a thoughtful and proactive approach to player protection.”
Scientific Games’ iLottery platform features SG PAM, a secure player account management system, and integrates responsible gaming tool sets including its Healthy Play programme. These tools are designed to promote ‘lottery literacy’ and provide insights into player behaviour to support safe play across digital and retail channels.
