MGM Resorts President & CEO signs new employee agreement

MGM Resorts International has agreed to a new employment contract with President & CEO Bill Hornbuckle, set to keep the gaming industry veteran with the company under his current position through December 31, 2028.

As part of his new employment contract, MGM Resorts also agreed to offer Hornbuckle an advisory agreement at the end of the term to assist with its integrated resort project in Osaka, Japan until opening.
Under his position as President & CEO of MGM Resorts, Hornbuckle oversees all aspects of the company’s strategy, operations and hospitality and gaming development projects, as well as its global development efforts and digital gaming strategy.

Hornbuckle is also a member of MGM Resorts’ Board of Directors and serves as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors for MGM China Holdings, which operates resorts in Macau.
