Aruze Gaming Global appoints Mike Sands as SVP of Sales for North America and LatAm
He will aid in fostering company expansion in those regions.

Aruze Gaming Global (AG2) has named Mike Sands as its Senior Vice President of Sales for North America & LatAm.
Sands brings more than two decades of leadership and sales experience to his new role. AG2 described Sands as someone “with a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams.”
The company said in a statement, “He brings a deep understanding of the gaming industry, a strategic mindset, and a results-driven approach that have consistently led to increased market share and revenue growth.”
Prior to joining AG2, Sands worked for Aristocrat, Bally and WMS, serving in various leadership capacities.
During his time with Aristocrat, Sands was the company’s VP of Sales and managed its Class III and Class II gaming divisions for five years.
Sands earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from St. Cloud State University.
Company President Frank Feng took a moment to express AG2’s enthusiasm to have Sands on its leadership team.
He commented, “We have been thrilled with Sands joining our team. His dynamic leadership style and unwavering drive has been instrumental as we continue to expand our presence in North America and LatAm.”
