Coljuegos publishes Keno specifications
The Colombian regulator said this game could bring in more than $485m in the next five years.

Colombian regulator, Coljuegos, will now publish the draft specifications for its Keno operation. Specification will be available in the Electronic System for Public Procurement, SECOP II.
Coljuegos President Marco Emilio Hincapié said draft specifications will be open so that interested parties can make observations on the process while participating in the bidding.
He further commented, “Our purpose is that this process is characterized by its transparency and by the plurality of bidders.
“We want Keno to become, in the medium term, one of the favorite games for Colombians and, at the same time, allow us to increase resources for health.”
Coljuegos estimates that Keno could generate more than $485m in additional transfers for health over the next five years.
Hincapié said, “In total, we expect to have more than 15,700 sales terminals throughout the country.
“In addition, legal persons may participate in this tender, or with a promise of future partnership, who accredit the respective experience in the operation of games of luck and chance.”
