Ernie Stevens Jr has been re-elected for a 13th term as Chairman of the IGA. Under Stevens’ leadership, Tribal gaming revenues have risen from $11bn in 2000 to over $49.1bn in 2024.
The elections were held on the final day of the 2025 Indian Gaming Tradeshow and Convention in San Diego, which also marked the 40th anniversary of the IGA.
Stevens previously served as an elected councilman for the Oneida Nation and has held leadership roles in various Native American organisations. His leadership continues to focus on supporting Tribal governments and their interests in the gaming sector.
