Pennsylvania regulator adds 26 people to involuntary exclusion lists
Four of these involved leaving minors unattended while gambling.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has placed 26 people onto its Involuntary Exclusion Lists.
These are in place to prevent people from entering casinos within the state or participating in gambling activities through Pennsylvania’s legal iGaming sites.
The PGCB reported that four of the 26 added to these lists “left minors unattended in order to engage in gaming activities.”
According to the PGBC report, an 11-month-old child was left unattended in a vehicle by a male patron in the parking lot at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. The child remained unattended for 45 minutes in 40-degree weather while the patron played slot machines inside the casino.
The PGCB said in a statement, “The Board’s actions in these matters stem from its commitment to keep individuals who have committed fraud from gaming online in Pennsylvania. The additions made today brought the total number of individuals who are currently on the iGaming Involuntary Exclusion List to 61.
“Actions such as these to deny statewide gambling privileges serve as a reminder that adults are prohibited from leaving minors unattended in the parking lot or garage, a hotel, or other venues at a casino since it creates a potentially unsafe and dangerous environment for the children.”
A total of nine other individuals were added for “committing fraud using iGaming sites.”
In other state news, Rivers Casino Philadelphia recently reached out to its customers to alert them of a data breach.
The company said the recent data breach “has seen some unauthorized person access ‘certain files’ on Rivers Casino Philadelphia computers.”
However, Rivers Casino Philadelphia officials have not disclosed what information could have been accessed or if any of the files contained customer information.
The company estimates that the incident occurred “sometime before November 18” but did not give an exact date.
In a statement to local news, a company spokesperson said, “Rivers Casino Philadelphia recently responded to and investigated an incident involving unauthorized access to certain Rivers Casino Philadelphia computer systems. Upon identifying the incident, Rivers Casino Philadelphia immediately secured the involved systems and launched an investigation.
“Through the investigation, Rivers Casino Philadelphia determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and/or took certain files stored on our computer servers. Rivers Casino Philadelphia is mailing letters to individuals whose information may have been involved in the incident.”
