JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino to undergo $75m renovation

The JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino announced that it will be undergoing a $75m renovation as part of its 25th anniversary celebration. When the property opened in 1999, it became the first casino and resort to be located in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Recent renovations include an updated fitness center, new Hydra Lounge relaxation area and renovated treatment rooms in the casino resort’s spa. The casino floor renovation consists of a new lighting package and carpet, fresh paint and wall coverings and the installation of a new high-limit slot room.

Led by Frank Architecture and Interiors, a full-service architecture and interior design firm, the renovation has been designed to offer guests a bespoke Las Vegas experience. Trident, a Las Vegas-based general contractor and construction management company, is overseeing the construction.
Additional renovation plans will continue through 2025 and will be announced during the next year.
