Atlas World Sports has announced the acquisition of daily fantasy sports (DFS) site, Lockspread.com, to help expand the sports betting app’s presence in the DFS market. Lockspread’s DFS platform will now be integrated into Atlas World Sports’ existing software, including its season-long fantasy offering.

“Integrating Lockspread.com’s unique and engaging DFS platform into our ecosystem allows us to deliver even greater value to our users. Lockspread is a perfect fit for our vision, and this deal accelerates our growth trajectory.”
Atlas World Sports attempts to combine user’s sportsbook account information with live scores, stats, news, etc. to help bettors make informed decisions before placing wagers. Lockspread is currently operating in 23 states and has grown through previously announced media partnerships and strategic advertising spending.
“We created Lockspread to offer a streamlined, fun and rewarding DFS experience,” Lockspread Founder and CEO Daniel Group said.
“Joining forces with Atlas World Sports allows us to reach a wider audience and leverage their cutting-edge technology and sportsbook integrations. Together, our goal is to become the premier destination for sports betting and fantasy sports.”
