OIGA welcomes Signature Systems
Signature systems customers currently account for 10% of the state’s Tribal gaming market.
Technology solutions provider Signature Systems Inc (SSI) has announced its membership with the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association (OIGA), with its customer base making up almost 10% of the Tribal gaming market in the state.
The pair have previous relations, with SSI already planning an exhibit at the OIGA Trade Show in August. Now, it plans to take the collaboration to the next phase with SSI set to become a recognized member of the organization. The SSI’s most recognized product – PDQ POS – is designed to help casino operators enhance their hospitality experience and has proved popular in the state’s Tribal gaming sector.
Manufactured as an all-in-one point-of-sale management system, PDQ POS currently runs in just under 10% of Oklahoma’s Tribal casinos. The product previously ran in hospitality sectors independent of the tribal gaming sector, prior to SSI’s product launch in Oklahoma at the start of the pandemic.
OIGA Trade Show Coordinator Sheila Morago said, “It takes a village to advance our purpose of creating the best possible environment for gaming operators and patrons. We’re pleased to welcome SSI into the big tent that is OIGA and anticipate that they will be a meaningful member for many years to come.”
Previously, Signature Systems implemented its technology at Casino Cash Trac in Tulsa.
EVP/CTO of Signature Systems John White spoke on this latest partnership, “Joining OIGA is another signal to Oklahoma’s gaming leaders that Signature Systems is here to stay. We’re known for supporting our customers, but we also want to support the business communities that we’re engaging with.
“There are other vendors who don’t feel it’s necessary to join the organization behind the tens of thousands of jobs and millions of dollars in tax revenue that casinos in this state provide – but we do.”
