There will be a ribbon-cutting event March 26 to celebrate the opening.

DeSimone Gaming will soon welcome Bullet Train to its Railroad Pass Hotel and Casino in the Henderson, Nevada area. The new dining option will be available to casino hotel visitors on March 26.

To celebrate the grand opening, the destination will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony, in partnership with the Henderson and Boulder City Chambers of Commerce.

The celebration will start at 5PM opening day and is open to the public.

Bullet Train is a 24-hour restaurant that gives patrons access to quality dining on the casino hotel’s historic grounds.

The restaurant has a 220-seat capacity and offers menu items that are tailored to a diverse audience, with options for both casual and fine dining. Bullet Train features a sports bar, along with state-of-the-art television sets and bar top gaming.

The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating as well, designed to create a family-friendly atmosphere. Bullet Train offers its guests a complete cocktail menu, along with local brews and boutique wines.

DeSimone Gaming Founder Joseph DeSimone said the company is eager to bring Bullet Train to its casino hotel guests.

He said, "We look forward to continuing the hospitality experience for all people who appreciate a restaurant of this caliber.”
