The aim of the deal is to bring world-class entertainers to the Premier Theater.

Foxwoods Resort Casino, owned and operated by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, has partnered with music promotion company Danny Wimmer Presents (DWP).

Through this booking partnership, DWP will look to bring world-class entertainers to the Premier Theater.

Danny Wimmer has produced festivals for over three decades and  formed DWP back in 2011, which currently has 14 annual festivals across 13 US cities.

DWP has confirmed several acts at the Premier Theater, while Foxwoods’ Great Cedar Showroom will continue to be programmed by Foxwoods.

Foxwoods VP of Entertainment, Christian Printup, said: “The team at DWP is second to none when it comes to understanding the nuances of booking entertainment for casinos, and we are very excited to work with this dedicated team.

“Foxwoods Resort Casino has provided guests with world-class entertainment for over 30 years, and I look forward to working with the DWP team to not only continue that tradition but to take things to the next level.”

DWP Global Head of Talent, Del Williams, added: "We are privileged to collaborate with Christian Printup, and the exceptional team of professionals at Foxwoods Resort Casino.

“Our goal is to enhance the entertainment experience at this esteemed destination resort, and align with the commitment to excellence upheld by Christian & the entire Foxwoods team."
