Konami Gaming announces key sales & business development promotions

Justin Torres and Josh Faish become Directors of Sales and Caroline Byne, Jeff Fuller and Rick Tribble are now Directors of Business Development.

Konami Gaming has announced five promotions within its sales leadership team. Justin Torres and Josh Faish have taken on Director of Sales roles, while Caroline Byne, Jeff Fuller and Rick Tribble have become Directors of Business Development.

Faish and Torres have both advanced from Senior Account Executive roles and will now be responsible for customer relations, growth strategy and professional development within the Konami Gaming sales team. Byne and Fuller have also progressed from Senior Account Executive roles with the company, while Tribble advances from a position as a Business Development Executive.

Jay Bertsch, SVP and CCO at Konami Gaming, said, “Konami is pleased to highlight these key internal promotions to further strengthen our close ties with casino customers and better serve diverse markets.

“The combined experience within our games and systems sales teams is truly exceptional, and we look forward to continuing to grow Konami’s product reach through strengthened leadership from longtime industry professionals Josh Faish, Justin Torres, Caroline Byne, Jeff Fuller, and Rick Tribble.”

Fuller began his career with Konami Gaming in 2007, Torres started in 2012, Tribble in 2016, Faish in 2017 and Byne in 2019. Each executive will bring a wealth of company experience and industry knowledge to their new position.

As part of Gaming America's July/August issue, Konami Gaming also took part in the cover feature about the design and creation of slot games, with insight from SVP & Chief Games Product Officer, Gerard Crosby.
