The menu will consist of fast food such as burgers, ‘Wahlbites', fries, tots, ‘Wahlbrewski' pale ale, milkshakes, ‘Wahlcoctions' cocktails and more.

Wahlburgers will be making its way to Foxwoods Casino in Ledyard in late summer.

Wahlburgers was launched in 2011. As of 2023, there are over 90 Wahlburgers locations across the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The restaurant was founded by brothers Mark, Donnie and Chef Paul Wahlberg. This will be the only location in Connecticut for Wahlburgers.

On the Wahlburgers website, it states that, "One brother, Donnie, didn't just join the school band as a kid. He created the most famous boy band in the world. His younger brother, Mark, didn't just take drama. He became one of the most famous actors in the world.

"And for Paul, well, he loved food and his family. But he wasn't satisfied cooking for just them. He wanted to cook for everyone else's family too. He was hungry for something more. So, he created Wahlburgers..."

Wahlburgers will replace Fuddruckers, which is closing in September.

The menu will consist of fast food such as burgers, ‘Wahlbites,’ fries, tots, ‘Wahlbrewski’ pale ale, milkshakes, ‘Wahlcoctions’ cocktails and more.

The restaurant’s interior will include photos and memorabilia that follows the Wahlberg brothers’ journey from their roots in Dorchester, Massachusetts, to becoming celebrities.

Jason Guyot, President and CEO of Foxwoods, “The addition of Wahlburgers signifies yet another exceptional property moment as we continue our mission to elevate the Foxwoods experience. Like Foxwoods, Wahlburgers is a family-owned business that has ties to the local community and offers a premium guest experience.”

Actor Wahlberg said, “Growing up not too far from Foxwoods Resort Casino, it is a natural fit for our team and we are excited to open a Wahlburgers at the property.”
