Pavilion Payments has expanded its personnel by 10% as part of a strategic plan to increase productivity and enhance the omnichannel experience for its patrons. The company said its additional staff is part of a key focus to “investing in top talent” and “expanding its capabilities.”
Pavilion Payments’ new-hire initiative includes adding several executives to the team. Among those are Clark Warren, who will serve as the company’s SVP for the Western US, Tricia Lee as SVP of Enterprise Accounts and Scott Morgan as SVP of Product Development.
All three leaders bring with them more than two decades of expertise.
Company CEO Christopher Justice commented, “Investing in people drives innovation that benefits our customers’ success as well as the industry. Their collective expertise, industry knowledge and dedication to client success align perfectly with our mission of delivering noteworthy payment solutions that enhance the omnichannel patron experience.
“With their addition, we are well-positioned to continue driving innovation and creating seamless payment experiences for our clients across their physical and digital properties.”
In other Pavilion news, the group recently launched its comprehensive iGaming Software Development Kit (SDK). The company said the toolkit “aims to offer operators a seamless and efficient solution to simplify the integration of Pavilion Payments' VIP Preferred program.”
Pavilion designed the software to eliminate the need for operators to design and code the front and backend of their platforms. This is good news for operators that want to save time and resources that would otherwise be invested in coding and designing.
Customers will have access to an ACH/Bank feature, as well as features that allow for customized payment options. Players can use their online bank credentials and control deposit limits and keep their accounts secure.
