QCI deploys updated Enterprise Platform at Live! Casinos in Maryland, Pennsylvania
The new version offers centralized metrics and enhanced operational tools.
Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) and Live! Casinos have installed QCI Enterprise Platform version 5.2 throughout their Maryland, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh locations. The updated system “enhances the award-winning QCI Platform with the automation of operational tools that become a central part of the daily management of a gaming facility,” the company said.
QCI specializes in offering software and real-time operational tools for both the gaming and hospitality industries. The company’s platform is currently utilized in more than 100 casino resorts throughout North America, Australia, New Zealand and in Canada.
QCI CEO Dr. Ralph Thomas elaborated further by saying, “Live! Casino’s adoption of the QCI Enterprise Platform is proof of the importance of having a dynamic host management tool to effectively manage a dynamic gaming organization such as Live! Casinos.
“We collaborate daily with the 1,800 player development professionals using our host tool to constantly add features and functionality for ease-of-use.”
Both groups began working together in early 2023 to install QCI’s platform. Live! Casinos Vice President of Casino Relationship Marketing Tom Tuchschmidt discussed the simplicity of the software and described its collaboration with QCI as a company win.
He said, “Since we started using QCI earlier this year, I have found it to be a standout when it comes to Casino CRM programs. It provides some of the best centralized metrics for player worth, hotel profitability, free play reinvestment and more.
