Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has announced its new COO, in the form of Jarvis, a generative artificial intelligence (AI) rules engine.

QCI will hope the world will marvel at the announcement. Jarvis talks to four target operational systems and brings deep operational experience to QCI with connectivity directly into our tooling.

While the announcement sounds like the prologue to a Terminator film, Jarvis will be responsible for project management, task escalation and currently reads and processes all of the CEO's emails. The best from QCI's point of view will be that Jarvis will never be off sick or need to take holiday leave.

QCI will stand out from the crowd with this announcement and show it is more than common people the appointment serves, as a stark reminder of how far artificial intelligence has com, and perhaps this appointment could be a vision of the future and the first of many similar appointments.

Dr. Ralph Thomas, CEO of QCI stated, "Our growth is enabled by generative AI, this democratizes our company by allowing organization and management skills to be facilitated, thus empowering our team members and removing the need for an additional management layer.

“Jarvis is at the center of our system and his interface provides for a single view to all systems running the QCI business. This arms our team members with algorithm-driven analysis of issues and challenges and gives them the tools to reach a quick and efficient resolution."

This year QCI deployed its version 5.2 software to all three of its three Live! Casinos in Maryland, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The software was installed in over 115 casino resorts.
